Shipping & Delivery

Returns & Refunds
Due to the collectible and often limited-edition nature of our designer art toys:
All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with clear unpacking video and order details.
Approved returns must be unused, in original packaging, and sent back within 7 days of approval.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was sent in error.
